I am a certified Anthropedia Well-being Coach. I've spent 270 hours studying over 20 disciples related to the mind, body and soul so that I can effectively support my community members on their journey toward Wellbeing.
In October 2022, I had the opportunity to perform Spoken Word and facilitate a writing workshop in Accra, Ghana with F.L.O.W
International Showcase. My community donated over $2,000 in support of my trip to Ghana because they insisted that I allow them to support me the same way that I support them.
I was personally invited by Congresswoman Cori Bush's office to perform at a Reproductive Justice Panel alongside Cori Bush, Dr. Rev Love Holt, Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, and Ilhan Omar. The standing ovation also took me out.
